                               RESOLUTION NO. 19644
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR
                   DUAL BLUE BAG RECYCLING PROGRAM WITH ORANGE
                   GROVE CENTER, INC. SO AS TO EXTEND THE PILOT
                   STUDY AND TO INCREASE THE COMPENSATION
                   PAYABLE TO ORANGE GROVE CENTER, INC.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Amendment to Agreement for Dual Blue Bag Recycling
       Program with Orange Grove Center, Inc. so as to extend the pilot
       study, to increase the compensation payable to Orange Grove
       Center, Inc. and to provide for the possible purchase of a bailer 

       from Orange Grove under certain conditions.
